EFA Byelaws

The Executive Committee of the European Finance Association (EFA) conducted a Governance Review in 2023 to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the officers and directors and to set out the election procedures in more detail. The recommendations of this Governance Review form the basis of the EFA Byelaws which were approved by the Executive Committee in January 2025.
